Hi I'm Nick
I’m Nick, a 5th generation Idahoan, and a 2nd generation Realtor. I was born in Boise, Idaho and grew up on a small farm outside Middleton where I enjoyed competing in high school football, basketball, rodeo, and FFA.
Outside of real estate I love pretty much anything outdoors. I love to travel; I currently have been to 7 countries and plan to increase that number in the future! I also love to shoot my bow, hunt, fish, hike, golf, watch football, downhill mountain bike, fly drones, create/edit videos, and trade the stock market.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked for an environmental compliance company throughout high school and college. I gained 7 years of construction experience which helped fuel my passion for real estate. In 2020 I graduated magna cum laude from Boise State University with a B.S in Biology and an emphasis in Cellular, Molecular, Biomedical studies.
I have always had a passion for real estate growing up due to my father being a Realtor and being around the business all the time, but a big reason why I chose this career was due to a trip I took with Habitat for Humanity to Moinesti, Romania in 2019. Moinesti is a small rural town in the region of Transylvania and it was here I helped construct homes for families in need. This enlightening experience greatly contributed to my passion in wanting to help people for a career.

Hi I'm Steve
For the past 27 years, Steve has successfully assisted his clients navigating through the maze of buying and selling real estate in Idaho. A true Idaho native, born and raised in the agricultural area of southwestern Idaho. Steve graduated from Nampa High school and then attended the College of Southern Idaho where he was elected cross- country captain by his peers. He then went on to Boise State University where he majored in Education. As a career dedicated real estate Steve is a proud member of Team Realty, regarded as one of the most reputable real estate firms in the Treasure Valley. Years of experience have blessed Steve. He understands many types of real estate. Including Residential, new construction, horse properties, hobby farms, and agricultural properties.
Steve was the 2021 Realtor Of The Year and an active board member of the Nampa Association of Realtors He has served in many roles including the 2021 President. As a board member, he works hard for private property owner’s rights and has worked hard to serve the less fortunate in his community. Raising funds for scholarships, classrooms, Veterans, suicide prevention, family justice Center, women’s shelter and food banks are some examples. That’ not all Steve coached youth football at the elementary and middle school levels for nine years. He focused on teaching football skills and techniques, but most of all he loved mentoring the importance of being a good citizen. Steve quotes “I’m honored and grateful to have had the opportunity to serve my fellow Realtors and my local and rural communities.”
Steve knows Idaho and the Treasure Valley, while recognizing the diverse activities the state has to offer. Whether it’s an exciting recreational wilderness adventure in the great outdoors or an urban-filled day of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
